## About the role

Alta is seeking an IT & Productivity Lead to own the company’s core digital workplace, security posture, and collaboration systems. This role is responsible for the reliable and secure operation of Alta’s primary workspace and productivity platforms, full device and endpoint management, and readiness to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) under NIST SP 800-171. ## What they're looking for

- 6–8 years of progressive experience in IT systems, digital workplace, and identity & productivity administration
- Demonstrated experience owning device/endpoint management (MDM/UEM) and the full user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and experience supporting hybrid Google + Microsoft environments
- Practical familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 and the requirements for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or clear ability to become operationally proficient quickly
- Experience administering or supporting common productivity and engineering tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Ability to implement and govern AI features within productivity platforms
