## About the role

Altana's Global Public Sector (GPS) team helps government customers work through hard problems in global trade and supply chains, and it's growing fast. As GPS scales, we're organizing around three domain verticals — Customs & Trade, Resilience & Network, and Policy & National Security — and we're hiring the founding Head of Resilience & Network to grow, manage, and run that business globally. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership, with a track record of growing the pipeline and the team
- Deep knowledge of how the public sector actually buys: you've shaped opportunities and made real calls on deal strategies with an understanding of different contracting mechanisms
- A network across government and industry you can activate, and the credibility to operate at the senior level
- A builder's instinct: you've led complex efforts, you operate effectively through influence, and you're energized by standing up something new
- The ability to carry complex, high-intellectual-content software into government, fluency in trade, supply chains, geopolitics, and national security use cases is a strong plus
- Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders independently and translate complex value into a clear case
