## About the role

As a Global Public Sector Implementation Delivery Manager (IDM), you are the single-threaded technical owner of delivery for one of Altana’s most important public sector accounts or organizations. You blend enterprise architecture, hands-on deployment, and product design and development with the relationship skills to be the trusted technical voice in the room for the mission owners you serve.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of technical experience spanning enterprise/solution architecture, hands-on deployment, and product design and development in a data-intensive or software field
- A track record leading complex, customer-facing software deployments end-to-end — ideally on-premise or in secured/regulated environments — and owning delivery outcomes against firm commitments
- Comfortable being the trusted technical voice in the room with senior customer stakeholders, and able to translate between mission owners, engineers, and commercial teams
- Demonstrated ability to spot and shape expansion opportunities, working alongside commercial counterparts to grow an account through delivered value
- Experienced working with sensitive data and navigating complex, highly regulated technology organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
