## About the role

Develop and execute category, sourcing, and supplier strategies aligned with business objectives, budget targets, and risk management requirements. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, market/spend analysis, RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.

## What they're looking for

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, or category management experience, with significant experience managing indirect spend categories
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and commercial deal structuring
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), software licensing agreements, professional services contracts, outsourcing agreements, and contingent workforce contracts
- Experience managing contingent workforce programs, managed service providers (MSPs), staffing suppliers, and outsourced service providers
