The Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic role that focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. This position partners closely with executive team members and senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies and plans that support Altera's goals.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (SHRM, etc.) is a plus
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience with significant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar capacity in a fast-paced technology or semiconductor space
