## About the role

Altera is looking for a strategic, practical, and trusted HR leader to serve as Senior HR Business Partner – India Leader. This is a high-impact country HR role supporting Altera’s India operations across Bangalore and Hyderabad. You will partner closely with India business leaders, global and regional HR colleagues, and specialist COE teams to help Altera attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Typically 1 0 + years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HR Business Partner experience in India
- Experience advising senior leaders in a multinational, technology, engineering, or similarly complex organization
- Demonstrated experience with Indian employee relations, workplace compliance, investigations, performance management, workforce changes, and HR policy implementation
- Experience partnering with Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Legal, Compliance, HR Services, and People Systems teams
