- Required Qualifications
- Education : BS or MS in Electrical Engineering. A PhD is highly preferred
- 5+ years' Management Experience : Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams

- Design Flows : Strong understanding of hardware description languages, synthesis, place-and-route, and ASIC/FPGA design methodologies
