## What they're looking for

- Own the account transfer lifecycle for incoming and outgoing ACAT, DRS, DWAC, and non-ACAT transfers, including initiation, validation, exception handling, asset delivery, settlement, claims, and residuals
- Lead, coach, develop, and hire top talent, and foster a team culture where problems surface early, errors are treated as information rather than blame, and expertise is shared rather than concentrated
- Drive operations team-led innovation and process improvement through procedure changes and the use of AI tooling
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the transfer roadmap, write clear requirements, and validate releases before they reach the team
- Develop and maintain transfer policies and procedures, and serve as the operational point of contact for internal audit, compliance, and regulatory examinations of the function
- 4+ years hands-on in account transfers at a self-clearing broker-dealer, clearing firm, or custodian, with deep command of transfer types, status codes, cycle timing, and asset level handling
