- Build and QA HubSpot emails to specification, ensuring they meet AV’s brand, copy, formatting, and quality standards
- Develop a strong understanding of AV’s email library, including the purpose, audience, content, triggers, and role each email plays in the prospect and investor journey
- Continuously audit and proof automated nurture emails for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Draft and refine email content in partnership with assigned stakeholders and route work through Wrike or similar project management tools for review and approval
- Maintain a calendar of scheduled email updates and deliver changes accurately and on time
- Respond quickly to ad hoc changes needed across live automated emails while maintaining a high bar for quality
