## About the role

Amae Health is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Enrollment Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional care to adults with complex needs. This is a full-time, fully remote role, working Monday–Friday, 10:00am - 6:00 PM PST. We are currently only considering candidates located in the PST, MST, or CST time zones.

## What they're looking for

- Answer inbound calls from potential patients, families, caregivers, hospitals, and social workers
- Review potential members’ Verification of Benefits (VOB) and understand coverage details, including copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on patient referrals and coordinate with hospitals, social workers, patients, and families
- Engage with social workers to understand patient needs and encourage referrals to Amae Health
- Use clear, articulate communication to convey information about Amae Health’s services
- Schedule and follow up on calls to ensure ongoing communication and referral progress
