## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales role for a B2B SaaS/software vendor
- Proven track record engaging technical customer personas (Developers, Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, and CTOs)
- Strong communication and presentation skills—able to break down complex technical topics for both business and technical audiences
- Core domain experience in middleware, API Management (APIM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Integration platforms
- Hands-on familiarity with REST, JSON, and XML
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
