## About the role

Our full cycle technical recruiter will own our engineering and non-technical roles from introduction through close, supporting candidates at every stage of the process. This is a ground floor opportunity to shape every part of our recruiting process from end to end. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage top technical talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach strategies

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles (specifically mechanical and electrical engineering roles)
- Proven ability to source passive candidates, build relationships, and close quickly
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Demonstrated skill in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of landing top-choice candidates in competitive markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization
