## About the role

Amca is building its own ERP system and the MRP that will run inside it. We need a senior supply chain planner to help us get MRP right. You will bring the judgment that comes from having planned for real production and apply it to how the system handles demand, BOMs, lead times, and order policies. You will write the planning requirements, work directly with the engineers building the system, and test MRP outputs to continually improve them.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in production planning, materials planning, master scheduling, or supply chain systems in a manufacturing environment
- Experience through at least one ERP or MRP implementation, migration, or major reconfiguration, in a role where you fundamentally shaped how planning worked
- Demonstrated ownership of a master production schedule or a significant planning segment
- Deep MRP fluency, including how the plan calculates what to buy against what you already have, how order policies and planning settings behave, and what breaks downstream when they are set wrong
- Working knowledge of BOMs and how engineering changes flow through them
- Precise and detail-driven, willing to run a discrepancy down until you know what caused it
