Amca is hiring software engineering interns to build the systems that turn decades of engineering knowledge into structured, usable data. The work broadly falls into two areas: software that digitizes, labels, and organizes millions of technical drawings, designs, and engineering documents, and a custom software suite that makes engineers and factory teams faster across the factories and Protoshop. - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer or software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- Understand and experience using storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks
- Learns quickly, picks up unfamiliar tools without hand-holding, can understand and write detailed documentation, and takes ownership of everything you build
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates on plans, updates, and blockers
