## About the role

Use the Process Maturity Model as the backbone for assessing process and functional-area maturity, standardizing evaluations and translating gaps into prioritized remediation roadmaps. Collaborate with key partners and subject matter experts to document and analyze processes and system functionality, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolsets
- 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
- 3+ years of experience evaluating business processes and leading improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience creating project charters, documenting workflows, and performing root cause analysis
- Proficiency with flowcharting tools and process mapping software
