Own the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of functions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management while delivering a high-quality, diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers Develop and execute creative, thoughtful sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for both exempt and non-exempt roles

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house environment
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute creative sourcing strategies across a variety of functions including Product, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Administrative roles with a special focus on Product and Technology
- Strong ability to source, network with, and assess candidates across multiple disciplines and levels
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and the Google Suite of products
- Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
