## About the role

Amplify is seeking full-time Professional Development Strategists with a background in teaching, coaching, and/or school leadership, as well as experience in leading Professional Development initiatives, to join one of our regional PD teams and make an impact on educators and students.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of K–8 classroom teaching experience, preferably in STEM, with willingness to support literacy PD as needed
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and implementation, with experience designing and delivering professional learning that responds to stakeholder needs and supports educator adoption of new practices
- Experience managing large-scale education and custom design projects from discovery through delivery, including planning, budgeting, timeline management, and iteration
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and competing priorities
- Proficiency with technology integration in professional learning and classroom settings
