## About the role

Project Planning & Execution: Support the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. Documentation: Assist in maintaining project documentation and records to ensure all project information is accurately captured and accessible.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience
- At least 2+ years of experience designing and facilitating professional development sessions for PreK-12 educators both in-person and online, at scale
- Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them when delivering learning experiences to adults
- Experience teaching with, implementing, or facilitating professional development with the mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs
- Strong knowledge of best practices for implementing high-quality literacy instruction and assessment practices rooted in the Science of Reading
- Demonstrated proficiency with instructional and visual design
