## What they're looking for

- Hands-on platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and user support
- Maintain and optimize CPQ, pricing, quoting, and opportunity workflows to support the quote-to-cash process
- Serve as the escalation line of support for Salesforce, handling escalated issues such as contract, entitlement, and provisioning discrepancies, driving root cause fixes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, gather requirements independently, and serve as a trusted partner for end users across the RevOps and Salesforce ecosystem
- Define and implement Salesforce standard operating procedures including but not limited to: field hygiene, data retention, integrations, permission sets, validation rules
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
