## About the role

As a Workplace Coordinator, you'll help make Amplitude's San Francisco headquarters a place where people want to work. You'll own the day-to-day operations of our office—from facilities and vendors to supplies, events, and employee experience—while partnering closely with People, IT, Finance, and our Security Coordinator. This is a hands-on role for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes ownership, and can move quickly when priorities change.

- You have a bias toward action and use good judgment to solve problems rather than waiting for someone else to tell you what to do

- You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment and stay composed when the office gets busy or plans change at the last minute
- You are excited to use technology and AI tools to work smarter and are comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Claude
