Anaconda's Commercial Legal team closes deals with 95% of the Fortune 500, and this role sits right at the center of that engine. We're looking for a Senior Counsel who can negotiate a $2M+ Fortune 100 agreement on Monday and ship the playbook that makes the next 50 deals easier by Friday.

- Build systems: Own and continuously improve our templates, playbooks, and resources so every deal after yours closes faster and better, and and track key operational and business metrics
- Flex where there’s need: Take on various legal needs of a high-growth company, including with our product, marketing, community relations, and similar teams, based on background and interest
- Advise and guide: Act as a strategic business partner, advising internal clients and leadership on legal matters critical to growth and innovation
- Put AI to work: Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate drafting and negotiation without sacrificing quality, with a focus on building scalable processes that the entire Commercial Legal team can benefit from
- Mentor: Serve as a resource and mentor to more junior members of the Legal Team
- Velocity of revenue deal closed on risk-balanced terms
