## About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and managing bespoke credit facilities, including margin lending, delayed settlement tradins, and collateralized loan agreements using BTC, ETH, and other digital assets. You will work closely with our sales and risk teams to convert our pipeline, manage credit exposure, and deliver capital-efficient financing solutions. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, sense of risk management, and a team-player mindset.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in credit trading and/or financial products structuring. Experience at a tier 1 investment bank strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of crypto markets, especially as relates to financing. Experience with lending or related role at a top crypto platform strongly preferred
- Experience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions as well as startups
- Strong familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products
- Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales and business teams
- A highly collaborative, team player mindset
