## What they're looking for

- Lead efforts to develop and refine processes for managing Counterparty and Client post trade processing, defining performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs) and ensuring that they are met while enabling operational scalability
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure timely provision of accurate trade and settlement data and assist in the resolution of breakages
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Stay ahead of developments in the crypto industry, gaining a deep understanding of tokens, protocols, and verticals like staking and governance. Use this expertise to inform operational strategy and execution
