As a Data Analyst you will build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers Andela's business intelligence and analytics capabilities. This role requires someone who thinks about data as a product, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and structured to enable self-service analytics across the organization

## What they're looking for

- 4-7 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related analytical role
- Advanced SQL skills with ability to structure complex analyses independently
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Preferred experience with the Looker semantic layer (LookerML)
- Proficiency in R or Python for automated data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced visualization
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
