The Director of FP&A is a strategic partner responsible for shaping how Andela plans, invests, and makes decisions as we scale. This role blends analytical rigor, strong business judgment, and clear storytelling to help the executive team navigate complexity and tradeoffs with confidence.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience across corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, including at least 5 years in corporate/strategic finance at a high-growth B2B technology or SaaS company
- 2+ years of people management experience, building and leading high-performing teams
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, experience with modern FP&A tools
- Exceptional storyteller, capable of distilling complex analyses into strategic insights for executive and board audiences with clarity and precision, ability to influence across all levels without direct authority
- A collaborative, proactive, curious, and growth mindset with a passion for problem solving and driving impact
- Systems thinker who connects financial drivers to business strategy
