## About the role

The Andela Talent Cloud platform runs Andela’s business. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the platform's day-to-day: prioritization, feature development, roadmap, metrics, and maintaining a high quality bar. Andela’s throughput and quality of delivery ride on how well the platform works. You'll also help shape where the product goes next as Andela defines what it means to be relevant in the AI age.

## What they're looking for

- Strong platform ownership in an operations company
- You’ve managed a system where operations teams are the core users and where failures had real business consequences. Experience at a company with at least $50M revenue range is a strong signal
- AI-forward disposition
- You don't need a stack of AI projects on your résumé, but you must be deeply curious about where AI is taking the industry, actively hands-on with modern AI tooling in your own workflow, and able to follow and reason about the space as it evolves
- Initiative and follow-through
- You see a problem, you own it end-to-end, and you drive it to done without being managed to it. The buck stops with you
