## About the role

We're hiring a Product Engineer to build the product our auditors and customers actually touch. Our agents turn weeks of audit work into minutes of review — the review surface has to make that output legible, trustworthy, and fast to act on. This is a high-ownership role with responsibility from design through deployment.

## What they're looking for

- Strong fullstack engineering ability — You can be trusted to ship fault-tolerant features end to end, and you understand how your changes interact with the rest of the system
- Real product instincts — You care how something feels to use, you can make design calls without a spec, and you cut scope to ship
- Speed with judgment — You iterate fast in front of users without leaving a mess behind you
- Comfort learning non-engineering domains quickly — You can absorb audit concepts from domain experts and turn them into working software fast
- Experience with or adjacent to our stack: TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform, AWS Fargate
