## About the role

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Partner to support the execution and scale of our marketing initiatives. Working closely with our Events and Marketing teams, you will use Marketo and other marketing technology platforms to build, launch, and optimize email and event campaigns. As a member of the New Media Operations team, you will help establish best practices, improve workflows, and build the processes and systems needed to deliver high quality campaigns efficiently and at scale.

## What they're looking for

- Expertise and hands on experience in Marketo administration. Marketo certification is greatly preferred
- Working knowledge of SFDC for campaign set up, triggers and lead and contact management
- 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing operations execution experience
- Ability to read and utilize HTML/CSS/Javascript templates
- Experience using Data Management tools and Survey tools is a plus
- Maintain the health of our database to ensure deliverability and accurate reporting
