## About the role

We are looking for a driven, founder-fluent marketer to lead all aspects of applications marketing for speedrun. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of content, campaigns, and community. You will own the speedrun brand voice, drive application volume and quality, and represent a16z to a global founder audience. The ideal candidate is a generalist with a talent for content marketing and multi-channel campaigns.

## What they're looking for

- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth ideally within venture, tech, or a high-growth startup
- Deep familiarity with the founder and startup ecosystem
- Strong written communication skills: you can produce and edit newsletter content that founders actually want to read
- Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong operator: with a track record of building acquisition campaigns from scratch. You can manage a campaign calendar, own tooling, and keep reporting clean
