## About the role

We are seeking Manufacturing Optimization Engineer Interns for Summer 2027 ! This is a paid, in-person, 12-week internship. As a Manufacturing Optimization Engineer Intern, you will work on projects supporting teams designing and building aerospace structures using carbon fiber composite material systems. As an intern you will have direct exposure to engineers designing and analyzing composite structures in aerospace programs, and to technicians manufacturing those structures.

## What they're looking for

- Previous experience leading project and working with data collection, analysis, and driving improvements
- Hands-on experience with R/C and/or autonomous flight vehicles, flight controllers, or other related control systems
- Software scripting experience in any language
