## About the role

You will lead the technical development of maritime products from concept to delivery. You will work closely with Anduril’s Strategy team and strategic opportunity customers to develop these designs so that requirements are tied to customer inputs and there is traceability to program office technical decisions. - Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Systems Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent, or proven experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 15 years experience with technical leadership and systems engineering on defense systems or weapon programs
- Strong Systems engineering and architecture definition background to bridge software service and hardware product developments
- Strong working understanding of how product development rolls into program acquisitions, to ensure alignment of HW/SW roadmaps and program requirements
