In this role, you will work closely with avionics, system, and software engineers to create test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation purposes. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years design experience with NX CAD software for 3D modeling and drafting
- Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications
- Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553)
- Proficient with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable harness drawings
