## About the role

We are looking for an experienced Government Property Manager to join our Costa Mesa, CA location. In this role, you will directly support the site's government property function alongside a second Government Property Manager, sharing accountability for compliance, day-to-day execution, and the overall health of the property management system. This is a critical position as Anduril continues to expand its operations across a wide variety of programs, contracts, and locations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting and conducting compliance audits, including internal assessments and external reviews (e.g., DCMA and DCAA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that improve operations and compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and build lasting relationships
- Familiarity and competence with property management systems and tools, including the Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
- Customer-focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment, and able to work extended hours and travel as required
