## About the role

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to support production schedules while minimizing the costs of scrap, excess and obsolescence. This role will oversee the health of inventory across materials, quality, and production - including energetic and shelf-life-sensitive chemicals unique to a rocket motor environment.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Typically 3-5+ years in inventory control within an aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo (highly preferred), advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), and potentially SQL for data mining
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations for the management of government property
- Experience managing parts with unique serial numbers or traceability requirements, where a single error can halt production
- Experience identifying inefficiencies in material flow and driving Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to improve them
