## About the role

As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will serve as the hands-on guardian of physical inventory accuracy across our warehouse operations. Working directly on the floor, you will execute daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records, and drive root-cause corrective actions that prevent recurrence. ## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, materials management, or a physical logistics role within an aerospace, defense, or high-volume hardware manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with cycle counting methodologies and physical inventory verification processes
- Proven ability to trace discrepancies to their root cause through documentation and transaction research
- Working proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory lookups and transaction review
- Analytical skills and proficiency working with Excel spreadsheets for sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis
