## About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Accounting Manager to build and lead the intercompany and intracompany accounting function. The Accounting team owns the month-end close and reporting infrastructure behind one of the fastest-scaling companies in defense.

## What they're looking for

- Intercompany & Consolidations: Experience managing or overseeing multi-entity intercompany accounting and consolidation processes is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience: 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct people management experience
- Technical Accounting: Working knowledge of consolidation standards — ASC 810 (consolidations) and intercompany elimination frameworks
- Systems & Rigor: Highly detail-oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP
- Prioritization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth organization
