## About the role

You will manage a team of approximately 16 engineers spanning firmware, hardware, software, electrical, and data acquisition disciplines. Your team designs, develops, deploys, and maintains the test systems, fixtures, and automation that production depends on — from board-level functional test through full system acceptance.

- Own the manufacturing test strategy across AD&S programs — from board-level PCBA test through subsystem, integration, and full system acceptance testing
- Drive the development and deployment of production test systems, fixtures, and automation that meet throughput, reliability, and quality requirements at rate
- Work cross-functionally with design engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and program management on a daily basis to align test capability with product development timelines and production schedules
- Collaborate with design engineering teams early in the development cycle to influence testability requirements, test point access, boundary scan architecture, and built-in test capability
- Establish and maintain test engineering standards, processes, and documentation — including test procedures, acceptance criteria, failure analysis workflows, and data management practices
