## About the role

The Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing owns end-to-end procurement operations and product sourcing engineering, leading a team of Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers. This role is the central point of contact for all supply chain needs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Facilities. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and quality while enabling the business to scale. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
