## About the role

As a Manufacturing Planner, you will own the critical bridge between engineering design, supply chain, and shop-floor execution for our advanced autonomous systems. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the operational sequence of how we build hardware at scale.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, or production control within a complex electromechanical or hardware manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in a NPI environment, transitioning complex products from design into sustained, high-rate production
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining MBOMs, building process routings, and translating EBOM structures
- Hands-on experience with MES and Product Data Management (PDM) software
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process maps
- Proven track record of navigating aggressive timelines, resource trade-offs, and prioritization decisions to support delivery commitments
