## About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to strengthen Anduril's general ledger accounting and internal controls. The Accounting team owns the month-end close and reporting infrastructure behind one of the fastest-scaling companies in defense. This is a build seat more than a maintain seat: we are preparing for a future potential IPO, expanding rapidly, and integrating acquired businesses, so you will help set the processes, systems, and controls this function runs on for years.

## What they're looking for

- General Ledger: Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close processes is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Systems & Rigor: Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP
- Prioritization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization
- Execution & Strategic Vision: Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while also maintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting
