## About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design to Build (DTB) Product Manager with deep Oracle manufacturing experience to join the ArsenalOS team. You will be responsible for orchestrating the many cross-functional, cross-system core processes that are necessary for scaled manufacturing that flow through Anduril’s ERP.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience experience in designing, developing, and implementing ERP systems and their integrations in complex environments
- Expertise in the interplay of engineering and manufacturing processes between PLM, MES and ERP, with hands on experience leading development of capabilities in Oracle
- Product Oriented, Outcome Driven - Above all else, you care about the business winning, not how well built a system or integration is
- Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey messages in a persuasive manner and at the appropriate level of detail
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data
- Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25-50% to visit other sites
