## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Director to join the finance team supporting Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S), one of Anduril’s largest and fastest-growing divisions. This is a high-visibility financial leadership role responsible for owning the P&L for Anduril’s Autonomous Air Power business line within AD&S. This role is responsible for leading and developing a high-powered team that partners with business to drive product and program profitability. - Daily partnership with Senior Leaders within AD&S to bring first class financial expertise and support to the business
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of business line, product and program level financial reporting
- Own the financial oversight and management for a portfolio of large, complex, and mission-critical programs
- Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
- Work with senior AD&S and corporate finance leaders to identify and implement ways to improve business performance and finance systems, tools and processes
