## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build new products for some of Anduril's highest-priority operational needs. This is a greenfield product-engineering role for someone who moves quickly from an ambiguous problem to working software, learns directly from customers, and takes ownership beyond implementation. You will partner closely with a product manager to shape what gets built, make product and technical trade-offs, launch applications, and iterate until they create measurable value.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building and shipping products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience taking a software product or substantial feature from an ambiguous problem through production launch
- Deep expertise in one or more areas of full-stack web development, such as backend, frontend, or systems integration, with the ability to contribute across the stack
- Proficiency with web technologies such as JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Next.js
- Experience partnering closely with product management, design, and end users to shape solutions rather than only implementing predefined requirements
- Strong product judgment and a demonstrated ability to balance delivery speed, customer value, technical quality, and long-term maintainability
