## About the role

The Supplier Industrialization Engineer (SIE) is a high-profile, cross-functional role that owns the manufacturing readiness and production performance of the external supply base for a specific Undersea, Reconnaissance & Strike business line. You will own the industrialization of the Dive-LD vehicle's supply chain — pressure vessels and structures, subsea connectors and harnessing, electronics and PCBAs, power systems, and sensors that make up the bulk of the BOM. ## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in industrialization, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE, BSIE, manufacturing, materials) or a related technical field
- Demonstrated experience taking a product or supplier from prototype/NPI through production ramp, including tooling and line bring-up
- Hands-on experience with value stream mapping, capacity modeling, and production flow optimization on a live manufacturing floor
- Working knowledge of quality fundamentals including PPAP, FAI/AS9102, control plans, PFMEA, and SPC
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
