## About the role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Tech. You'll be the connective tissue between design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations - driving complex electromechanical products from concept through production. You'll work directly with engineering leads to build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks, and make sure the right teams are engaged at the right time.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects
- 3+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems, turbojet engines or electromechanical assemblies as part of integrated product development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders, across a wide range of technical areas
- Comfort working with data and complex analyses
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
