## About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op, you will work on projects supporting teams designing and building aerospace structures using carbon fiber composite material systems. As an intern you will have direct exposure to engineers designing and analyzing composite structures in aerospace programs, and to technicians manufacturing those structures.

## What they're looking for

- Previous experience leading project and working with data collection, analysis, and driving improvements
- Hands-on experience with R/C and/or autonomous flight vehicles, flight controllers, or other related control systems
- A genuine interest in manufacturing and desire to learn
- Coursework, internships, or school-related experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing related
- Exposure to PCBA fabrication, including coursework or project work with SMT processes
- Hands-on experience physically manufacturing hardware via any means (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.), including work on personal or extracurricular projects
