## What they're looking for

- Support review of system block diagrams, interface control documents, and schematics for compliance, redundancy, and accuracy against requirements
- Proactively identify product risks and drive root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Support Failure Modes & Effects Analysis activities and collaborate with other Engineering teams to implement product improvements for Reliability
- Support predictive reliability analysis efforts to calculate failure rates and Mean Time Between Failure metrics, utilizing Anduril requirements, specifications, and MIL-HDBK-217 Plus
- Support the development of Maintainability prediction models using MIL-HDBK-472
- Develop R&D and Qualification Test plans to ensure appropriate requirements coverage
