Fund managers, investors, and administrators are moving real money and expect every detail to be right.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring, developing, and getting the best work from engineers
- A record of shipping and scaling customer-facing products, ideally in complex domains where quality is critical. You care about the user experience and pay attention to the details
- Experience building in an environment with high stakes and strict compliance requirements, where every detail matters. Experience with fintech, payments, or identity and KYC is a bonus
- Experience with a modern TypeScript stack, or the ability to learn it quickly
- Good startup judgment. You're comfortable with ambiguity and add enough process to help the team without over-building it
