## About the role

Our Funds team is focused on two goals: (1) driving invested capital volume by delivering products for larger, more complex customers, and (2) raising the quality bar for our existing full-service fund management platform.

## What they're looking for

- Have 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally with exposure to complex financial or enterprise systems
- See the rebuild of core financial systems as an exciting design challenge, rethinking interfaces for both growth and quality
- Want to design radically new experiences that take advantage of AI agents, transforming back office workflows and enabling new behaviors for fund managers
- Are a systems thinker with strong interaction and visual design skills, and hold a high bar for craft and quality
