## About the role

We’re building the most efficient platform for operating funds and investing in startups. Our Infrastructure team is small, fast-moving, and foundational to every product we build. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will shape the platform infrastructure that supports billions in venture assets.

## What they're looking for

- Design and build platform infrastructure that serves the entire engineering organization — from deployment pipelines to observability to developer tooling
- Architect systems for reliability and scale on AWS, making pragmatic tradeoffs for a growing team
- Automate infrastructure using code (e.g., Pulumi, cdk8s, ArgoCD) to improve repeatability and reduce toil
- Own production health: monitor systems, respond to incidents, and drive root cause analysis
- Provide technical leadership for the infrastructure team, influencing the engineering roadmap as we grow
